Fried or baked, in tomato sauce or yogurt sauce or just like vege burger – choose your best combination
INGREDIENTS
- 1 dl tomato paste
- 1 dl water
- 100 g soy crumbs
- 100 g oat meal
- 1/2 kg carrot
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
Wash and peel carrot and cook it in little water. Drain and alow to cool.
In saucepan add tomato paste and watter and bring to boil. Add sweet paprika, basil, salt, pepper and soy crumbs, mix well and put aside. Oat meal sprinkle with little water an leave for few minutes.
In big bowl put grated carrot, oat meal, soy crumbs and bread crumbs and all mix well.
Form small burgers and cook them in hot oil for 5 minutes on both sides or untill they get nce, bronze collor.
