Beautiful dish with fresh vegetables, bay leaves and mixture of spices, enriched with fried soy chunks will satisfy every gourmet.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 potatoes, diced

  • 3 carotts, diced

  • 1/2 cup celery, cut on small cubes

  • 1 cup peas

  • 1 leek, chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • 2 bell peppers, cut on small peaces

  • 1 dl tomato sauce

  • 2 bay leaves

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

  • 1-1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Heat the oil and quick fry ground cumin, leek and garlic. Add bell peppers and bay leaves. Reduce the heat and cook until peppers are soft. Add potatoes, carrot, celery, peas, sweet paprika, salt and pepper, mix it well and cover with watter.

Cook 20 minutes on moderate heat. Add tomato sauce and little more watter if needed. Cook for another 20 minutes.

When done, remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley
